Job Description
Are you driven by quality in digital health? At Luscii, we are redefining healthcare by creating space for care. Our digital solutions empower patients and healthcare professionals to make care more personal, accessible and human. Every day, our mobile apps support patients and clinicians across multiple countries. That scale demands deep expertise in reliability, risk management and clinical impact.
This role is for someone who treats quality as a technical discipline, not a checklist. As an experienced tester, you know that in digital health, quality is non-negotiable. It’s not just testing. It’s protecting patient safety. If that responsibility excites you, let’s talk.
Your role
You will join a multidisciplinary team working on our mobile Omron Connect applications, touching mobile, AWS, cloud infrastructure, and Node.js services. Within this team, you take (shared) ownership of embedding quality into every step of the product lifecycle. You test both manually and through automation, shape testing practices, extend automation coverage and ensure that releases are reliable, predictable, and safe.
You are hands-on, building frameworks and writing scripts, but also strategic, guiding the team in risk assessment, coverage decisions and release confidence. You understand that quality in digital health directly impacts patient safety. You approach it with the rigor it deserves.
What you will be doing, among others:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable testing for iOS, Android and our AWS / Cloud / Node.js stack.
- Apply risk-based testing strategies across mobile apps, APIs and network layers.
- Integrate automated and manual tests deeply into CI/CD pipelines to maximize release confidence.
- Oversee the full testing lifecycle for web and mobile releases, including signing, beta distribution and monitoring.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into structured test scenarios, leveraging BDD where appropriate.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify root causes and implement systemic quality improvements.
- Align testing priorities with product goals within Scrum and Kanban teams.
- Elevate quality awareness by defining standards, sharing best practices.
- Guide and mentor team members on advanced QA practices and foster a culture of engineering-level quality across the organization.
