LLMTrader sits at the intersection of large language model research and live market infrastructure. We build AI-native tooling that helps institutional and retail traders move faster, reason better, and execute with more confidence. We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that moves quickly and thinks in decades, and we are looking for a CMO who can translate that ambition into market leadership.


The opportunity

This is a founding-caliber marketing role. You will own the full go-to-market function, spanning brand narrative, demand generation, analyst relations, and community, and you will build the team beneath it. You will be a key voice in shaping how the world understands AI-driven trading, working directly alongside the CEO and CTO to drive growth, credibility, and category definition.

What you'll own

  • Set and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned tightly to revenue and ARR targets
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative in a fast-moving AI/fintech market
  • Drive B2B and B2C demand generation across organic, paid, partner, and community channels
  • Own product marketing: launches, competitive positioning, and customer-facing collateral
  • Build and scale content, SEO, and thought leadership to establish LLMTrader as a category authority
  • Manage media relations, analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), and industry conference presence
  • Design, instrument, and continually optimize the marketing funnel using rigorous analytics
  • Partner with Sales/CRO to sharpen ICP definition, nurture sequences, and pipeline velocity
  • Develop co-marketing and integration partnerships with brokers, exchanges, and data providers
  • Establish a community flywheel with traders, developers, and quant researchers as brand advocates


What we're looking for

8+ years in B2B or fintech marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of owning revenue pipeline and CAC/LTV optimization

Experience marketing complex technical products to both technical and business buyers

Strong command of growth analytics: attribution modeling, funnel instrumentation, A/B testing

Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can simplify AI into compelling narratives

Experience hiring and leading distributed, async-first marketing teams

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build structure without losing speed

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus


Bonus points

  • Background in algorithmic trading, quantitative finance, or market microstructure
  • Experience at an AI-native startup or frontier model company
  • Existing relationships with trading media, the VC ecosystem, or financial regulators
  • Community building experience among developer or quant audiences
