The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing performance and brand activation.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll step into a business that has grown quickly through SEO and SEM, but needs stronger leadership across social, email, and creative—especially video—to unlock the next phase of growth.
You’ll get to set the direction, choose the channels and then execute.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is both strategic and hands-on
- Knows how to drive agency performance
- Wants to eventually build a team, but is comfortable starting as a true IC
- Can decide how best to leverage AI to get the most out of our team and resources.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Ownership

- Own performance across social, email, and video-driven acquisition channels
- Evaluate, select, and manage external agencies and contractors
- Launch and optimize campaigns with a primary focus on revenue growth, while holding a high creative standard.
Email Marketing & Lifecycle
- Own or oversee email strategy and execution
- Improve campaign quality, segmentation, and performance
- Partner with technical stakeholders on automation and tooling improvements
Brand & Upper Funnel (Secondary)
- Monitor and improve brand presence across platforms like Reddit and Trustpilot
- Support content initiatives (e.g., gift-related content, seasonal campaigns)
- Help manage how the brand is represented in AI-driven search
Systems & Optimization
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Figma
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and marketing infrastructure
- Leverage emerging tools (AI, automation) where relevant

QualificationsRequired
- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles
- Strong hands-on experience in delivering:
- Video performance marketing (YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Reels, Tiktok etc.)
- Paid and/or organic social
- Marketing & Lifecycle email
- Ability to operate as both a strategist and executor
- Strong creative judgment and ability to give clear, high-quality feedback
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with executive leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience in SEO & SEM
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or automation
- Exposure to brand/reputation management (Reddit, Trustpilot, etc.)
- Experience marketing to a female consumer audience
- Background in seasonal or holiday-driven businesses
Compensation
- Base salary: $140,000 – $150,000
- Performance-based bonus
