Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from formulating acquisition strategies and screening top talent to extending offers and overseeing the onboarding process.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs by reviewing attrition rates, business growth plans, and upcoming retirements.
Develop and execute strategies to keep vacancies at facility-specified levels and ensure new or expanding programs are fully staffed by their opening dates.
Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques, resume reviews, and credential assessments to ensure they meet required knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and seasonal incentives, while effectively managing counter-offers.
Maintain a deep understanding of corporate benefits, incentives, and facility policies to accurately address applicant inquiries.
Oversee the onboarding process and maintain timely, accurate documentation of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.

Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Hybrid - In-office: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays - Remote: Tuesdays and Fridays.


Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is preferred.
  • Systems Proficiency: Required expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical Innovation: Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance recruitment processes is required.
  • Interviewing: Skilled in behavioral interview techniques and the use of quality-hire assessments.
  • Working Conditions: This is a sedentary role that requires a work shift.
  • Achieves Results: Reflects a drive to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements, and accepts responsibility for actions and results.
