Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented People Analytics Associate to join our People Analytics team. This role focuses on transforming workforce data into actionable insights, supporting executive decision-making, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and reporting excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce recurring operational reports and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

- Build, audit, and maintain dashboards using tools such as Looker, Workday dashboards, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Create polished, executive-ready presentations summarizing complex datasets.
- Manage survey programs including configuration, data cycles, and vendor communication.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and correlations in people data to support organizational strategy.
- Support internal and external audit requirements through documentation, data lineage tracking, and compliance awareness.
- Maintain strong data governance practices, reconciling discrepancies across systems to ensure a single source of truth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative or analytics-focused field.
- 2–4 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, or data-focused roles.
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for code debugging, survey summarization, or automation.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas and analysis.
- Dashboard development experience in Looker, Workday, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Expert presentation-building skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
