About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and driven HR Specialist to join our growing consulting firm in KSA. This role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in HR operations and government processes, but also eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance, and building efficient processes that scale with the business.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Oversee HR administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Government Relations & Compliance

  • Handle all activities on key government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external authorities and manage official documentation.

Visa & Iqama Management

  • Process employment visas, work permits, Iqama issuance and renewals.
  • Manage sponsorship transfers, profession changes, and related processes.
  • Monitor expirations and ensure timely renewals.

Payroll & HRIS

  • Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of data, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS data, reports, and workflows.
  • Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.


What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in KSA.
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in visa processing and Iqama management.
  • Experience in HRIS, payroll, and HR administration.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A focused, proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-growing consulting environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
