We are a fast-growing, multicultural organization and are looking for a Global HR Staff to support and execute HR operations across multiple countries.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role focuses on execution and coordination of global HR operations, supporting the HR Lead/Director and working closely with local teams across different regions.

You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently, while adapting to local practices and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and support core HR functions, including:
• Recruitment (technical & non-technical, local & international hiring)
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Employee engagement initiatives
• Training and development activities
• Coordinate with local HR teams across multiple countries to ensure alignment in HR processes and policies
• Support the implementation of HR programs, including:
• Performance management
• Compensation & benefits

• Employer branding initiatives
• Source candidates and help build strong talent pipelines, especially for international hiring
• Maintain and update HR data, ATS systems, and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, HR, Legal, Finance) to support HR operations
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations under the guidance of HR leadership

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• 2–5 years of HR experience (Middle level) / 4–7 years (Senior level)
• Experience in at least one core HR function (Talent Acquisition or HR Operations)
• Experience working in fast-paced or international environments is preferred
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) for daily global communication
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice to have

• Experience in international recruitment or global hiring
• Basic understanding of labor laws (multi-country exposure is a plus)
• Experience using ATS or HR systems
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus
