Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an HRIS Data Integration Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity. This is a fully remote role for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones. This position is ideal for a data-focused professional with strong experience in HR systems, data cleansing, and integration workstreams.
This role will play a key part in an ERP upgrade, supporting HRIS data migration, validation, and reporting. The focus is on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and continuity across systems during a large-scale transition.
Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS data cleansing and preparation efforts for ERP system integration
- Perform detailed data mapping between HRIS and ERP platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Audit datasets to identify discrepancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and organize historical HR data for reporting and executive-level insights
- Support ongoing monthly HRIS reporting and analytics needs
- Troubleshoot data issues and refine data extraction and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and system alignment
