Contract: 6 Months Rolling

Location: Fully Remote (Europe)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across Workday implementations and enhancements. You will define test strategy, manage test cycles, and ensure high-quality delivery across functional and integration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Workday test strategy, approach, and governance.
• Manage all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and release testing.

• Coordinate testing across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integrations workstreams.
• Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure effective test data management and environment coordination.
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular test status reporting.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases and ensure regression coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance standards.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on Workday programmes.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-country testing programmes.
• Strong knowledge of test management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Workday Core HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Financials, Workday Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Workday Reporting, Workday Business Process Framework, Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio – awareness), test management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail), defect tracking tools, test automation frameworks (desirable).
