Workday Test Manager
Contract: 6 Months Rolling
Location: Fully Remote (Europe)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across Workday implementations and enhancements. You will define test strategy, manage test cycles, and ensure high-quality delivery across functional and integration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Workday test strategy, approach, and governance.
- Manage all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and release testing.
- Coordinate testing across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integrations workstreams.
- Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure effective test data management and environment coordination.
- Manage stakeholders and provide regular test status reporting.
- Support Workday bi-annual releases and ensure regression coverage.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance standards.
