They partner with businesses across multiple industries to deliver measurable growth and are expanding their internal marketing leadership to strengthen client acquisition and business development.


They’re looking for a Growth Marketing Director to lead the agency’s internal client acquisition strategy by building scalable systems that generate qualified leads and expand the marketing pipeline. This role is key to driving growth through a combination of outbound prospecting, paid media, partnerships, and funnel optimization.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn and email to generate new business opportunities
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels that support consistent lead generation
  • Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Improve funnel performance through landing page optimization, lead capture strategies, and A/B testing
  • Implement marketing automation workflows and maintain visibility into pipeline performance


What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience driving lead generation across outbound, paid, and partnership channels
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion improvement strategies
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strategic mindset, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple growth initiatives
