Location: Remote - (Latam, Philippines preferred)

Salary Range: 2000 – 3000 USD/month

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


The Senior Amazon PPC Specialist is a strategic, data-driven role responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Amazon advertising for client brands. Reporting to the Director of

Marketing, this position exists to scale client brands effectively while maintaining profitability and cost control through deep expertise in Amazon PPC and campaign optimization. This role works in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, who owns the overall client strategy, while the PPC Specialist drives day-to-day execution and optimization. You will also work closely with content, creative, and account teams to align messaging and goals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration drives performance.


We are looking for a forward-thinking expert who enthusiastically embraces modern automation to streamline workflows and proactively seeks out opportunities to improve campaign performance rather than waiting for direction. Additionally, we would like to see someone who combines deep platform proficiency with strategic thinking, proactive hypothesis formation, and the ability to translate data into clear, meaningful insights for clients and teammates alike.

Our client portfolio spans small, mid-market, and enterprise-level brands, and this role requires the ability to adapt strategy, expectations, and communication style to the unique constraints and goals of each.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Develop and manage Amazon campaigns across sponsored ads, display, OTT, and affiliate placements.
  • Build and present strategic Amazon marketing roadmaps utilizing customer data and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to oversee the creation and implementation of promotions, videos, and content that align with campaign goals.
  • Leverage advanced market share analysis and competitive intelligence to position client brands ahead of category benchmarks.


Optimization, Automation & Budget Control

  • Manage advertising budgets to strictly meet ACoS, TACoS, and ROI goals while analyzing keywords for optimal utilization.
  • Utilize tools such as Helium10, ZonGuru, and IntentWise to troubleshoot issues and refine campaign performance.
  • Champion the use of AI-powered bid optimization tools and automated rulesets to maximize efficiency, demonstrating a clear preference for scalable technology over legacy manual adjustments.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase sales
  • target ROI, and resolve any campaign or platform-related issues immediately.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Responsible for weekly notes and monthly reporting of
  • performance recommendations.
  • Engage in advanced analytics and Amazon programs, such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, to identify opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Use a strong analytical mindset to clearly communicate
  • stakeholders.


Internal Support & Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Manager to shape the
  • direction of the account, ensuring daily PPC execution aligns with long-term brand goals.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure all
  • to broader client objectives and overall budgets.
  • Thrive in a feedback-rich culture—remaining coachable and adaptable to leadership's direction, while actively bringing your own voice, insights, and strategic recommendations to the table.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising, though 2+ years will be considered for a Mid-Level option.
  • Requires experience in a fast-paced agency setting with a proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Experience working on accounts of varying scale (small, mid-market, and enterprise/large brands) is a plus


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Ad management software such as Scale Insights, Helium10, Carbon6, Zonguru, and/or IntentWise.
  • Requires knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Teamwork, Trello, or Wrike.
  • Must demonstrate hands-on experience and enthusiasm for utilizing PPC automation software to scale accounts or improve overall workflow.


Soft Skills & Core Competencies:

  • Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires a highly collaborative mindset that actively avoids "lone wolf" tendencies and values cross-departmental teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Amazon Ads Certification.
  • Experience with Google Ads or broader eCommerce PPC.
  • Experience running Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform) campaigns.


Success KPIs:

  • Maintain ACoS and TACoS within defined client profitability targets.
  • Achieve budget utilization goals without overspending.
  • Deliver 100% of weekly and monthly reports on time with a high standard of quality.
  • Successfully scale client revenue and sales volume while maintaining ROI.
  • Active contribution to team meetings with relevant observations and hypotheses.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with AI-driven bid optimization tools.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment.
