Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify high-performing content formats and emerging trends.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and campaign ideas for paid and organic channels.
- Write or oversee scripts, outlines, and messaging frameworks for ads and content.
- Lead video editors and designers through clear briefs, structured feedback, and quality control processes.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice, visual identity, and content pillars across client accounts.
- Collaborate with media buyers to review performance metrics and plan creative testing strategies.
- Build and manage a structured monthly pipeline of new creative tests.
- Partner with account managers to shape campaign concepts, launches, promotions, and bundled offers.
- Implement and leverage AI tools to optimize creative production and scale output efficiently.
