Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) who prioritizes system reliability and product impact. You will be the driving force behind developing a responsive Web App following PWA standards that serves as the primary interface for the CoreConnect ecosystem. We value engineers who operate with a high degree of autonomy, technical pragmatism, and a commitment to operational excellence.

We are specifically looking for candidates who demonstrate ownership, pragmatism, and feel comfortable with navigating ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Decisions: Design, implement, and optimize a resilient Web App. You will ensure the PWA features an Optimistic UI and resilient data synchronization capabilities to guarantee data integrity in connectivity-challenged environments.
• Feature Delivery: Develop data and map-driven interfaces providing real-time views of granular operations.
• Workflow Integration: Assist in creating visual UI components, such as a Workflow Designer, to dynamically define robot, order, and mission lifecycles.
• Technical Stewardship: Define and enforce standards for frontend performance, security, accessibility, and observability.
• Navigating Ambiguity: Comfortably translate high-level product goals into technical requirements and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and build iterative prototypes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering Leadership, and DevSecOps to build high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Engineering Culture: Mentor engineers, lead rigorous code reviews, introduce process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or other relevant fields and 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a mandatory focus on TypeScript and Next.js or React.
• Real-Time Data & Integrations: Experience managing high-frequency, real-time data streams in the browser (e.g., WebSockets, Server-Sent Events) and implementing scalable state management. Proven ability to integrate complex APIs and build Optimistic UIs with robust offline-first synchronization.
• Mindset & Execution: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, balance architectural purity with commercial objectives (managing technical debt, shipping MVPs), and take full ownership of the code lifecycle and frontend incident management (root-cause analysis and prevention of UI/client-side failures).
• Security & Quality: A consistent focus on software quality and frontend security best practices (e.g., XSS prevention, secure token handling). Hands-on experience in automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E testing suites), and setting up frontend performance monitoring and observability tooling.
• Collaboration: Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver high-quality code with minimal defects. Poactively seeking feedback during code reviews and collaborate effectively with peers to solve technical blockers.
• Complementary Expertise:
• Backend Proficiency: Practical experience working with backend languages (Java, Kotlin, Python, Rust, Ruby, or Go) and developing or integrating with REST APIs or GraphQL services.

• Infrastructure & DevOps: Mastery of cloud environments, specifically AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), along with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Helm).
• Industry Experience: Direct background in logistics, robotics, fleet management systems or experience in developing mission-control dashboards, high-density or geospatial data (GIS) visualization
• Communication: Fluency in Business English is a must.
