Tech Lead Golang Engineer opportunity for our client in a Fintech Startup (Relocation to Dubai)

Key information:

-- Position: Tech Lead Golang Engineer

-- Work type: onsite in Dubai

-- Compensation: 30-36k AED p/m (8-9,5k$)

-- Taxes: 0%

-- Relocation to Dubai is provided for self (not for a family)

-- Tech Stack: Golang, Microservices, Event Driven, PostgreSQL, AWS, Ci/CD (GitHub Actions), API Desing, SQS, Kafka, Docker.

-- Spoken languages (English and Russian)

Banking or FinTech experience is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Engineers

- Development of highly loaded services (no legacy)

- Design and implementation of microservice architecture

- Collaborate with DevOps to manage cloud infra (AWS) and on-premis setups

- Development and optimization of SQL queries

- Ability to work with network protocols and standards

- Application containerization and working with Docker

- Ability to work with Linux terminal

- Covering your code with tests.

Requirements:

- 6 years of backend engineering experience (2+ in Golang);

- 2+ years of experience in leading and directly managing a team of engineers

- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, programming patterns and patterns; - Understanding of OOP, clean architecture principles, DRY, KISS, DDD, TDD;

- Experience with gRPC;

- Experience with message brokers (preferably NATS, Apache Kafka);

- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries;

- Understanding of network protocols and standards (HTTP, WebSocket, etc.);

- Working with Docker and Docker Compose;

- Proficiency in English at the level of reading technical documentation.
