We’re looking for a crypto-native Social Media Manager who lives and breathes markets, memes, and online culture. You’ll own our voice across platforms, turning market moments into engaging content while growing a highly active trading community.
This role sits at the intersection of content, growth, and community, ideal for someone who understands traders, speaks “CT” fluently, and can move fast.
- Own and execute social strategy across X, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms
- Turn real-time market events into engaging content (memes, threads, commentary, insights)
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice aligned with traders and Web3 audiences
- Manage and grow our community (engagement, replies, DMs, sentiment)
- Collaborate with product & growth teams to promote features (trading, earn, campaigns, listings)
- Launch and manage campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, referral programs)
- Work with KOLs, influencers, and partners in the crypto space
- Monitor trends, narratives, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement

- Deep understanding of crypto culture (CT, memes, narratives, trading psychology)

- Strong copywriting skills: short-form, punchy, and high-conversion content
- Ability to react quickly to market movements and breaking news
- Experience managing accounts for a crypto exchange, trading platform, or DeFi protocol
- Familiarity with derivatives/perpetual trading concepts
- Experience running viral campaigns or growing accounts from scratch
