Role: Solution Enablement Senior Manager

Career Level: Senior Manager

Location: Bengaluru or Mumbai (Open to Relocation)

Work Model: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required; overtime may be needed)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Enablement Senior Manager to design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong expertise in HR transformation, solution architecture, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping HR service delivery models and supporting business growth through RFP/RFI responses and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions across multiple domains
  • Act as a Solution Architect for HR Shared Services, ensuring scalable and efficient service models
  • Lead solutioning for RFPs and RFIs, including proposal development and client presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions
  • Drive transformation initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management (EDM), Employee Services, and Payroll
  • Develop compelling solution narratives and storytelling for client engagements
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and operational excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 13+ years of relevant experience in HR solutioning / HR transformation roles
  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect or HR Solution Architect
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • HR Shared Services
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Employee Services / Employee Data Management (EDM)
  • Payroll
  • Proven experience in RFP & RFI response creation and solution design
  • Strong understanding of designing and delivering HR operating models and solutions
