I am currently partnering with an exceptionally well-funded Climate-Tech startup based in the UAE. They are a "moonshot" venture within a multi-billion dollar R&D ecosystem, focused on using Geospatial AI and Robotics to restore global ecosystems at scale.

After successfully deploying their tech to plant millions of trees regionally, they are now hiring a Head of Business Development to lead their international commercial expansion.

This is a high-autonomy, founding-level commercial leadership role. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will build the global sales playbook, hire a commercial team, and secure high-value partnerships with governments and enterprise land managers.

Who we are looking for:

• 10+ years of business development leadership within Geospatial SaaS, Agri-tech, or Climate-tech.
• You have a proven track record of scaling commercial teams and taking a technical product from an early-stage pilot to a scalable, international commercial operation.

• You are comfortable managing long, high-stakes sales cycles involving government ministries, sovereign wealth funds, and C-suite stakeholders.
• You can translate complex data (from satellite imagery to ecological modelling) into a clear commercial value proposition for non-technical buyers.
