Position Overview

A US-based company is looking for a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital marketing efforts.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to:

  • Drive brand awareness
  • Generate high-quality leads
  • Build a scalable marketing engine that supports revenue growth


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy
  • Plan and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social channels
  • Continuously test messaging, targeting, and creatives


Demand Generation

  • Own lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Partner with sales on ICP alignment and lead handoff
  • Optimize conversion rates across the funnel


Content & Brand

  • Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, email, social)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market differentiation


Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Track and report on CAC, ROI, and conversion rates
  • Manage paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Use data to drive decision-making and growth


Marketing Operations

  • Build and optimize workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Manage tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
  • Share insights to influence product and GTM strategy
  • Support product launches and campaigns


Success Metrics

  • Lead volume & quality
  • Funnel conversion rates
  • CAC & ROAS
  • Campaign performance (CTR, CPL, engagement)
  • Marketing contribution to revenue


Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in marketing (ideally B2B SaaS or tech)
  • Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads
  • Excellent communication and messaging skills
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and execution ability
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred, not required)
