Location: India (100% Remote)
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM PST (M-F) / 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST (M-F)
About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Exabeam Engineer to join our Client’s Advanced Fusion Center (AFC) team. This role is critical in managing and maintaining security systems across internal and client environments. You will collaborate with management, solution architects, and principal security engineers to deliver high-profile, mission-critical services. As a primary responder for AFC customer systems, you will take ownership of client configuration issues and drive them to resolution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain Exabeam deployments with focus on log source management, parser management, data validation, and performance.
- Build, maintain, and tune correlation rules and UBA rules to meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client tasks, support cases, and configuration issues related to Exabeam.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to achieve key deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership on client projects, guiding other technical staff.
- Mentor junior technical staff members.

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of related work experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience administering Exabeam On-Prem or Cloud deployments.
- Strong knowledge of security concepts: vulnerability assessments, incident response, enterprise security strategies, architectures, and governance.
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, OSI model), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and security technologies (SIEM/UBA, endpoint security, DLP, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Ability to analyze client security logs, vendor documentation, and technical journals.
- Experience presenting technical viewpoints to diverse audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and cross-functional solution implementation.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and mentor others.
- Technical writing experience.
