What You'll Be Doing

• Architect and deploy high-performance remote desktop solutions tailored for a multi-4K trading environment.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies such as Citrix, Microsoft RDP, Mechdyne TGX, HP Anyware (Teradici PCoIP), and other suitable platforms.
• Design and implement GPU-accelerated environments using NVIDIA GRID or AMD vGPU technologies to optimize remote rendering performance.
• Implement advanced network optimizations to ensure low latency and high bandwidth availability for trading applications.
• Build and maintain a scalable, resilient, and secure remote access infrastructure.
• Ensure real-time market data visualization with ultra-low latency and minimal compression artifacts.
• Configure and optimize multi-4K monitor setups across remote desktop sessions with stable frame rates.
• Conduct load testing, performance benchmarking, and capacity planning.
• Design and implement redundancy and failover strategies to guarantee high availability.
• Troubleshoot WAN performance issues and continuously enhance bandwidth efficiency and display streaming quality.
• Implement secure remote access mechanisms including MFA, Active Directory integration, and Zero Trust principles.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and data privacy standards.
• Manage secure out-of-band remote access solutions for troubleshooting, maintenance, and disaster recovery scenarios.
• Provide advanced technical support to traders, focusing on performance-critical remote desktop environments.
• Proactively monitor system health, latency, connectivity, and rendering performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices for IT teams supporting the infrastructure.

What You'll Bring Along

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics areas
• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
• Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise remote desktop environments, ideally within financial or trading environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Citrix, RDP, HP Anyware (Teradici PCoIP), Mechdyne TGX, or similar high-performance remoting solutions.
• Solid knowledge of GPU virtualization technologies (NVIDIA GRID, AMD vGPU) and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of low-latency networking, WAN optimization, and bandwidth management.
• Experience supporting multi-monitor, high-resolution (4K and above) desktop environments.
• Strong background in IT security, including MFA, Active Directory, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive, performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a nearshore, fully remote setup.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
