Data Analyst Lead

2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Analyst Lead will drive the development and scaling of analytics infrastructure to translate customer data into meaningful business metrics. This role is responsible for creating models that quantify customer value and outcomes, establishing reliable data sources, and delivering insights to guide executive decisions. The position also involves mentoring analytics professionals and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent application of value metrics, directly impacting customer retention and expansion.

3. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale analytics infrastructure for customer data interpretation

• Develop ROI, total cost of ownership, and outcome models for customer metrics

• Standardize value methodologies across departments

• Create a single source of truth for value data with reproducible pipelines

• Investigate customer performance trends to improve retention and growth

• Design frameworks and dashboards for executive product impact visualization

• Mentor within the Operations Analytics community promoting data governance

• Collaborate with multiple teams to apply value metrics effectively

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years in data-driven roles focused on measurable business outcomes

• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL design for enterprise-scale data

• Proficient in R or Python for analytics and statistical modeling

• Strong communication and data storytelling skills

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

• Curiosity and ownership mindset focused on uncovering insights

• Experience with BI platforms like Looker or Hex is a plus

• Academic or professional background in a quantitative field
