This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, systems, and process improvement.


The Junior Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding and implementation team by preparing, validating, and configuring customer data in preparation to load into and inside the OrderEase platform.


This role focuses on data accuracy, workflow setup, and system configuration. You will work closely with Implementation Design Engineers and Project Managers to ensure customer catalogs, pricing structures, and ordering workflows are correctly set up before customers go live.


If you enjoy working with spreadsheets, spotting inconsistencies in data, and thinking through how systems and processes connect, this role is a great entry point into SaaS implementations and technical operations.


Over time, there may also be opportunities to grow into more advanced implementation work, including integrations and system automation.


What You’ll Do


Data Preparation & Validation
  • Review customer product catalogs, pricing files, customer, and inventory data
  • Clean and normalize data for import into the OrderEase platform
  • Identify inconsistencies or errors in spreadsheets and work with the team to resolve them
  • Validate imports and ensure data appears correctly in the system
  • Work with OCR / AI functionality for PDF implementations
Platform Configuration

Assist with setup of:

  • product catalogs
  • pricing tiers
  • customer groups
  • inventory files
  • customer records
  • ordering workflows
  • Support configuration tasks during the implementation process


Workflow & Process Support
  • Help translate customer requirements into structured system setups
  • Document configuration decisions and data mapping
  • Perform testing, QA and customer training before customer go-live


Team Collaboration
  • Work alongside Implementation Design Engineers and Project Managers
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams when issues arise
  • Maintain clear documentation of setup steps and data changes


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to spot data inconsistencies and patterns
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Logical thinker who enjoys solving structured problems
  • Comfortable learning new software tools and systems

  • Exposure to SaaS platforms or software implementations
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data imports, or integrations
  • Familiarity with supply chain, wholesale, or order management systems
  • Experience with project or ticketing tools (Jira, Hubspot, etc.)

Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000/yr
