About The Role

We are specifically looking for candidates who have led delivery across complex digital programs involving multiple engineering teams and distributed stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will operate at the center of collaboration between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure delivery teams remain aligned, focused, and able to execute effectively within Agile development environments.

This role goes beyond traditional project coordination. The successful candidate will take active ownership of delivery outcomes, helping teams remove blockers, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure projects progress predictably from planning through release.

The position is ideal for someone who has worked in consulting, digital agency, or professional services environments, where managing multiple stakeholders, evolving priorities, and high-impact digital initiatives is part of day-to-day delivery.

Candidates must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT) to support collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex digital initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate work across multiple engineering teams or product streams while ensuring alignment with program timelines and priorities.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into structured delivery plans and actionable team priorities.
• Track delivery progress across teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early.
• Actively remove delivery obstacles and help teams maintain forward momentum.
• Coordinate release planning and support software deployments across development environments.
• Facilitate planning sessions, discovery workshops, and requirements discussions to ensure teams have clear direction.
• Maintain visibility into delivery progress through reporting, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners contributing to project delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement by refining Agile practices and delivery workflows.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and leadership to communicate progress, manage expectations, and maintain alignment across initiatives.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience managing digital or technology initiatives within consulting, agency, or enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams or product workstreams simultaneously.

• Proven ability to manage project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies across complex programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
• Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or professional services environments where multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives must be managed.
• Comfortable operating in client-facing environments and presenting delivery updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Familiarity with modern digital ecosystems including platforms related to eCommerce, CMS, identity systems, customer data platforms, or personalization tools.
• Understanding of modern software delivery practices including CI/CD pipelines, iterative releases, and Agile development workflows.
• Technical fluency with the ability to discuss topics such as APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, and digital architectures with engineering teams.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide discussions, align stakeholders, and translate decisions into actionable plans.
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Ability to track delivery progress through metrics, reporting, and performance indicators.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent are considered an asset.
• Candidates with a technical or engineering background are highly valued.
