🚀 About the Role (Your Impact)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the bridge between our high-tier telecom partners and our innovative HR technology solutions. Your impact will be felt directly through increased client retention, the expansion of our service footprint within the telecom sector, and the continuous improvement of the user journey.


🏋️ Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Mapping: Develop and execute multi-year success plans for Tier-1 telecom providers, identifying key stakeholders from HR Directors to CTOs to ensure deep organizational integration.
  • Churn Mitigation & Risk Management: Proactively monitor account health scores and engagement metrics to identify "at-risk" clients; design and implement turnaround strategies before renewal cycles.
  • Product Synergy & Feedback Loop: Collate technical requirements specific to the telecom industry (e.g., high-volume workforce scaling or specialized contractor compliance) and relay them to our product team to influence the Citizen EOR roadmap.
  • Onboarding Orchestration: Lead the transition phase for new enterprise clients, ensuring that their internal teams are fully trained on our HR technology platforms and that data migration is seamless.
  • Regulatory Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert on regional labor compliance and EOR benefits, guiding telecom clients through the complexities of workforce mobility in the GCC.
  • Value Realization Reporting: Quantify the ROI of our partnership by delivering data-driven reports that highlight cost savings, time-to-hire improvements, and reduced administrative burdens.
  • Community & Advocacy Building: Cultivate "Brand Champions" within your client portfolio to participate in case studies, webinars, and peer-to-peer networking events hosted by Citizen EOR.


🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 3+ years in operations, logistics, or warehouse management—ideally within Q-Commerce, Food Tech, or E-commerce.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Excel (Data Analysis), SQL (basic), and experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Leadership: Ability to lead diverse, fast-moving teams under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot or others).
  • Multilingual Fluency: Proficiency in English is required; however, candidates with professional working knowledge of Arabic, Filipino, Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali will be given strong priority to better serve our diverse regional landscape.


💰 Compensation and Benefit Package

  • Tax-Free Salary: Competitive base salary (AED 8,200 – 9,600 per month, based on experience).
  • Incentive Plan: Monthly and quarterly performance-based commission structure.
