Founding Level Full Stack Engineer

I am working with an early stage AI healthtech company in New York that is building a platform to transform how life sciences companies manage and commercialize marketing content.

The company has already raised $25M+ in funding and is working with 50+ pharma brands, with strong momentum going into their next phase of growth.

They are now hiring several founding level full stack engineers to help scale the platform.

This role will sit very close to the founders and own core parts of the product and infrastructure as the engineering team grows.

Tech stack includes:

• Python

• FastAPI

• AWS

• Docker

• Next.js

• LLM workflows and RAG pipelines

What they are looking for

• Strong full stack or backend leaning engineers

• Experience building and shipping production systems

• Exposure to LLM applications or AI workflows

• Interest in working in a fast moving startup environment

Compensation ranges from $170k to $250k base plus meaningful equity.

The company is open to international candidates and visa sponsorship and is building the engineering team aggressively over the next 12 months.
