This role will define what can be confidently promised to clients, enforce ROI discipline, guide AI integration, and align teams around measurable outcomes, all while protecting margin and operational integrity.


What You’ll Do

• Align all marketing channels into one cohesive, performance-driven engine

• Establish and enforce ROI benchmarks, guiding budget allocation based on measurable results

• Lead strategic AI integration across SEO, content, paid acquisition, and workflow automation

• Oversee multi-channel specialists and diagnose underperformance early to drive strategic pivots

• Interpret cross-channel ROI, analyze contribution vs. attribution, and protect margin through disciplined execution


What You Bring

• 7+ years of senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing, Performance Director, Growth Lead, or similar)

• Proven experience in B2B services, healthcare, or multi-location service businesses

• Deep expertise in ROI modeling, contribution analysis, paid acquisition, and local search performance

• Strong strategic budget allocation skills with an operational efficiency and scalability mindset

• High emotional intelligence, confidence, and maturity to unify teams and lead through change
