What You’ll Do
• Align all marketing channels into one cohesive, performance-driven engine
• Establish and enforce ROI benchmarks, guiding budget allocation based on measurable results
• Lead strategic AI integration across SEO, content, paid acquisition, and workflow automation
• Oversee multi-channel specialists and diagnose underperformance early to drive strategic pivots
• Interpret cross-channel ROI, analyze contribution vs. attribution, and protect margin through disciplined execution
What You Bring
• 7+ years of senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing, Performance Director, Growth Lead, or similar)
