At Echelonn, we build performance systems for scaling eCommerce brands.

Now we’re building the AI layer that upgrades how our entire agency operates. This is an AI implementation & performance leverage role. You won’t just suggest ideas. You will implement them. Your job is simple in theory, challenging in execution: Identify where AI creates leverage and build it.

As our AI Enablement Lead, you will drive the company-wide acceleration of AI adoption across all departments.

You will architect the frameworks, systems, and training programs that embed AI into daily workflows transforming how teams operate, make decisions, and deliver results.

You will partner directly with senior leadership to define our AI roadmap, guide cross-functional implementation initiatives, and cultivate a culture where AI-driven execution becomes the standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

• Identify high-leverage opportunities where AI can significantly improve output, execution speed, and performance across the agency
• Design and implement AI workflows and decision-support tools for our Google Ads managers

• Automate repetitive internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction
• Accelerate research, analysis, and execution across departments through intelligent systems
• Develop clear internal AI SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to standardize usage
• Train and enable team members to effectively integrate AI into their daily workflows

Continuously evaluate, test, and implement emerging AI tools that create measurable business value

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, or enablement programs.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools).
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI on Google Cloud
• Experience designing scalable systems using tools like Cloud Run/Cloud Workflows/BigQuery.
• Experience implementing guardrails, validation layers, and decision constraints
• Proven experience with Python (Fast API) and SQL.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent communicator who can translate AI concepts into business value.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and language generation
• Strong knowledge of MLOps and the complete lifecycle of machine learning models.
• Fluent English (written & verbal)
• Comfortable communicating internally and externally via Slack, Loom and meetings

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for analytics or automation systems
• Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rate, budget pacing)
• Experience building or working with structured multi-agent systems or tool-calling LLM architectures
• Hands-on experience implementing automation using tools such as Zapier, Google Apps Script, or Google Cloud services
• Experience building internal dashboards for AI usage, cost monitoring, or performance governance
