Product Marketing Manager โ€“ Employee Experience Solutions (Contract)

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $52.15/hour

Duration: Contract through mid-August 2026


About the Role

Our client, a global leader in cloud-based enterprise software and AI-driven technology, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support initiatives focused on transforming employee experiences through innovative AI-powered solutions. This role sits within the companyโ€™s Talent Equality and Engagement organization, specifically on a team responsible for creating compelling product narratives, demos, and marketing strategies that showcase how technology and human collaboration can improve workforce productivity and engagement.

The ideal candidate will help translate the organizationโ€™s internal transformation story into powerful messaging and demonstrations that resonate with enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with sales, product, technology, and customer success teams to support go-to-market initiatives and customer engagements.


Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging that demonstrates how employee experience solutions drive engagement, productivity, and measurable business outcomes
  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and operational teams
  • Ensure marketing content aligns with customer needs, market trends, and internal product strategies

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Lead go-to-market planning for employee experience product initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, product, business technology, and customer success teams to align launch strategies
  • Manage the creation and readiness of marketing materials, presentations, and supporting assets

Product Demonstrations

  • Build and deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and business impact of solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to continuously refine demo environments and storytelling approaches

Customer Engagement

  • Support customer-facing interactions including executive briefings, webinars, and strategic sales conversations
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to integrate product narratives into customer discussions
  • Gather and incorporate customer insights to refine positioning and messaging

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends in workforce engagement, AI, and HR technology
  • Conduct competitive analysis to help position solutions effectively in the market


Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI-driven solutions preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and executive-level stakeholders


Core Skills

  • Strong storytelling and messaging development skills
  • Experience building high-quality product demos and presentations
  • Proven ability to create customer-facing marketing materials that drive engagement and revenue impact
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams


Preferred Experience
