The Payroll Specialist Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while managing and improving operational workflows. This role leads cross-team initiatives, provides strategic oversight on payroll processes, and supports global client needs. It plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, enhancing efficiency, and supporting long-term business goals through proactive decision-making and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
3. Responsibilities:
• Deliver payroll with accuracy and meet >99% of deadlines for assigned tasks
• Implement checks and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and process improvement
• Manage and optimize the Zendesk ticketing system, ensuring timely assignment and resolution
• Own and update SOPs, checklists, and internal resources across teams
• Provide training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to standardize best practices
• Make informed decisions independently and propose solutions with broad operational impact
• Support global clients, manage communications, and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Lead participation in global testing, projects, and cross-functional initiatives

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The annual salary range for this full-time position is $33,300 - $112,300 USD
