The Opportunity:

The company is hiring exceptional backend and product engineers who enjoy solving complex engineering problems at scale.

You will be working on systems that support millions of users interacting with AI-powered products in real time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building high-scale backend systems
• Developing reliable infrastructure powering AI-driven consumer applications
• Owning systems end-to-end from architecture to production
• Solving problems around performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborating closely with product and growth teams in a fast-paced environment

Current Tech stack includes:

• TypeScript
• Next.js
• Modern backend infrastructure supporting large-scale AI workloads

The team also includes dedicated AI researchers, while this role focuses primarily on backend systems and product infrastructure.

Compensation:

Compensation is significantly above the local market:

• Up to $650k base + equity + bonuses for exceptional candidates
