Role Description

As our Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and visual identity of Aethoras online. You will craft content that educates, attracts, and converts high-quality leads in both Turkish and English across LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. This is not a purely creative role. You will be expected to think commercially, generate inbound leads, and grow an engaged community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Create and publish bilingual content (Turkish & English) across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

– Manage and grow social media communities; respond to inquiries and engage followers

– Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with Aethoras service offerings (Real Estate, CBI/RBI, Business Setup)

– Produce short-form video, reels, carousels, and written posts tailored to each platform

– Generate inbound leads through organic content strategy and targeted campaigns

– Track and report on content performance metrics; iterate based on data

– Collaborate with the advisory team to translate complex investment topics into accessible, engaging content

– Manage and respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions in a professional tone

– Assist in building and maintaining the Aethoras brand identity across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

Fluent in English — written and spoken (Turkish is a huge plus, so is Spanish)

– Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

– Strong visual storytelling skills; comfort with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools

– Commercially minded — you understand that content should drive action and generate leads

– Self-starter with the ability to manage your own time and content pipeline

– Familiarity with analytics tools and a data-informed approach to content

Strong Plus & Nice to Have

Already holding a valid UAE residency visa — this will be considered a significant advantage

– Background or understanding of real estate, property investment, or Dubai's property market

– Experience with Citizenship by Investment (CBI) or Residency by Investment (RBI) programmes

– Existing audience or following in the investment, finance, or lifestyle space

– Experience working with a CRM tool (we use HubSpot)
