🌎 LATAM-based Talent Partner (Remote)

We’re now hiring a Talent Partner to own pipelines and elevate the candidate experience at scale - with data discipline, speed, and process thinking.

What You’ll Do:

Improve recruiting materials and candidate-facing resources - ensuring they feel clear, polished, and aligned with Viva.


  • Manage Top of Funnel: Post jobs, screen candidates, handle communication, and schedule interviews or reference checks.
  • Keep data clean and visible - maintain trackers, flag bottlenecks, track metrics.
  • Source proactively to generate volume (LinkedIn, referrals, campaigns).
  • Run initial interviews + assess communication, fit, and motivation.
  • Support workflow changes, automation updates, and tool experiments.
  • Protect candidate experience - fast, thoughtful, empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with People + GTM to hit hiring targets on time.


Requirements:

  • 1+ year in Talent Acquisition (screening, interviewing, comms, or tracking).
  • Fluent English (C1+). Concise. Clear. Confident.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume roles for US/English-speaking teams.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS.
  • AI/automation friendly
