💻 The Role
You’ll be the engine that keeps our recruiting process flowing — managing interview logistics, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring every candidate interaction feels thoughtful and professional.
📂 What You’ll Do
- Schedule interviews and panels across multiple time zones (and handle changes quickly and calmly)
- Communicate with candidates and stakeholders — confirmations, prep details, and follow-ups
- Maintain ATS accuracy — move candidates through stages, update records, and keep data clean
- Track interview feedback and help refine templates and workflows
- Support continuous improvement in our recruiting coordination processes

🛠 Tools & Systems (Preferred Experience)
- ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable
- Scheduling: Google Calendar or Outlook, Calendly, GoodTime, Prelude
- Communication & Docs: Slack, Zoom/Google Meet/Teams, Google Workspace
- Project Tools: Notion, Airtable, Asana
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing complex, multi-time-zone scheduling
- Excellent written English (B2/C1 required)
- Comfort working inside an ATS and maintaining clean data
