To turn that massive reach into a lasting impact, we’ve launched Dollarwise, a financial health platform that gives users the actual tools they need to fix their money habits.

Together, we’re building an ecosystem where entertainment meets accountability, and we’re looking for a high-performance marketer to help us scale it.

About the Role

We are transitioning from a scrappy startup to a high-velocity, specialized assembly line. We are looking for a Manager of Systems—a technical architect who wants radical ownership of our funnel triggers and algorithmic scaling. You will support both Hammer Media and Dollarwise, ensuring our brands reach their full potential through technical excellence. There is truly nothing like the energy of our startup environment; we need someone who is highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving space.

Your Radical Ownership

As the Paid Media & SEO Manager, you are the single point of failure and the primary driver for our paid distribution channels.

• Technical Funnel Architecture: You own the building of actual funnels, technical triggers, and the logic that connects our ads to our conversion points

• Algorithmic Scaling: You manage and scale significant daily spends across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• SEO Roadmap: You set the technical SEO standards for our web properties and provide the strategic roadmap for our Senior Copywriter to execute organic blog and web optimization
• The Safety Net: You serve as the senior technical backup for funnel architecture and design tweaks, ensuring the machine never stops moving

What You’ll Do:

• Execute Across Brands: Manage the technical health and bidding strategies for both Hammer Media and Dollarwise to hit aggressive revenue and conversion goals
• Build the "Plumbing": Construct and maintain high-converting funnel triggers within our tech stack. Experience in GoHighLevel is a major plus, but experience in similar CRM/Automation platforms works if you are a fast learner
• Direct Content: Provide data-backed SEO direction to the creative and copy teams to ensure organic growth matches our technical standards
• Brainstorm & Ship: Participate in high-velocity brainstorming sessions, then own the technical implementation of those ideas

• Data Integrity: Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure every dollar spent is accurately tracked and attributed

Who You Are:

• Technical Mastery: Deep experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Technical SEO
• Funnel Expertise: Proven track record of building complex conversion funnels with automated triggers and flows
• Adaptability: You must thrive in a startup environment where the pace is fast and the "gray areas" are solved through action
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate performance data into immediate technical optimizations
• In-Office Presence: Ability to work from our East Austin office 5 days a week to maintain our high-collaboration culture
