Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for Reward and Recognition strategy, frameworks and policies for LEGO Manufacturing Kft. in NyÃregyháza
- Ensure alignment and harmonization with Labor and Employee Relations activities
- Collaborates with Operations, Finance, CoEs (e.g. Global Rewards), People Partners and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain healthy salary matrixes, position structures and libraries, benefits structures as well as other Compensation tools
- Responsible for the Data, Insights and reporting related to Compensation and Rewards
- Drives annual and ongoing internal and external benchmarking projects, compensation surveys, organizational changes and communication
- Responsible for the people process related governance and policies, such as PMP, Target setting, Merit, Salary adjustments, Spot bonuses, etc.
- Supports Mobility and Relocation of the employees (both in & out HU)

This role plays a crucial part in the local PPC (HR) organisation of the factory in safeguarding, driving our company’s competitiveness and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures that strengthen our Employee Value Proposition. Although it is not a people leader position, it is one of the most important roles within the department, reporting directly to the local HR Director.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in rewards and recognition within the field of manufacturing – preferably by a multinational/production company
- Experience with HRIS systems, excel and data analytics tools
- Confident knowledge about HU/EU Payroll and Labour requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to provide quality and timely customer service
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
