Senior React.js Developer

We are looking for passionate and results-driven React.js Developers to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications.

As part of our delivery team, you will contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions, while actively supporting our technology transformation initiatives.a

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance ReactJS components.
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS (latest version) and its core principles.
• Work with OOJS, BOM & DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model.
• Implement Redux and follow ES6+ standards.
• Deliver WCAG 2.0 / 508 accessibility-compliant front-end applications.
• Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques.
• Use Jira and Confluence for project management.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in React.JS
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Write unit test cases with 100% code coverage using Jest (TDD).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, IE11, etc.).

• Version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps.
• Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques.
• Use Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Work with tools like NPM, Babel, Webpack, etc.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS (latest version) and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards (a plus).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends.
• Understanding of GraphQL or REST APIs.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
