JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build an automated SEO system capable of generating hundreds of SEO-optimized WordPress pages within a short time.
- Design and implement a BPM (Business Process Management) system to streamline marketing and content workflows.
- Lead the technical team in developing and maintaining a large-scale WordPress infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Develop comprehensive system monitoring tools, including uptime tracking, performance metrics, error detection, and quick reporting.
- Proactively propose and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational time.
- Research and integrate AI technologies into marketing strategies — from content generation and A/B testing to traffic analysis and automation.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Data teams to build a lean and effective marketing system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in WordPress, including theme/plugin development, scaling, and optimization.
- In-depth understanding of technical SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Experience in building automation systems for large-scale content or website generation.
- Strong system design mindset, capable of architecting solutions for rapid scaling.
- Preferred experience in industries such as Affiliate Marketing, Fintech, or High-performance SEO.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and the ability to make quick, sound technical decisions.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience integrating AI technologies (GPT, NLP, AutoML, etc.) is a significant plus.
