Job Description

At Trackforce, we’re transforming the way physical security operations are managed worldwide. As the leading SaaS platform for physical security workforce management, we help security companies and organizations streamline guard operations, respond faster, improve efficiency, and reduce costs — all while keeping safety and protection front and center.

We support more than 4,600 clients across 50+ countries and are backed by a global team of 300+ professionals. With headquarters in Dallas, Texas and Centers of Excellence in Montreal, Quebec and Wroclaw, Poland, we collaborate across regions and time zones in a fully remote, flexible work environment designed for impact and balance.

Role Summary

The Vice President of Product Management will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of Trackforce’s product portfolio. You will be responsible for guiding our platform through a crucial industry inflection point: shifting physical security from manual, intuition-led processes to intelligent, data-driven ecosystems.

You will champion the creation of solutions that empower the modern "Digital Officer," integrate cutting-edge IoT and video analytics, and deliver measurable "Return on Data" (ROD) to our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define the F>uture: Own and evangelize a comprehensive product roadmap that transitions Trackforce from a workforce management system to a predictive intelligence hub
  • Drive "Return on Data" (ROD): Develop features and enterprise dashboards that allow C-suite customers to extract actionable value from security data (e.g., optimizing real estate footprint, facility maintenance, and operational efficiencies)
  • Market Leadership: Continuously monitor the physical security and IoT landscape to ensure Trackforce remains ahead of market disruption
  • Innovation & Capability Expansion
  • Empower the "Digital Officer": Evolve our mobile applications to push real-time, predictive threat alerts and dynamic risk priorities directly to guards in the field, facilitating a proactive response model
  • Dynamic Identity Management: Lead the integration of our visitor and access modules with third-party biometric hardware, facial recognition, and behavioral profiling to authenticate true identity rather than just credentials
  • Predictive Analytics: Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and big data to automate threat detection, filter false positives from video analytics, and generate intelligent routing based on risk hotspots
  • Execution & Team Leadership
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster deep collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Cultivate a Digital Culture: Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing product managers, fostering an agile, innovative mindset that encourages risk tolerance and rapid iteration
  • Customer-Centric Development: Balance risk management with delighting the customer by ensuring our software remains a seamless, frictionless part of the security professional's daily experience

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or Senior Director)
  • Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with the physical security industry, workforce management, or facilities management software
  • Technical Acumen: Proven track record of launching products that leverage big data, AI/machine learning, IoT sensors, or video analytics
  • Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate a broad, human-centric vision into an actionable roadmap with clear business cases and ROI/ROD metrics
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to secure buy-in from the C-suite, align disparate business units, and inspire a product team
