Position: USA Remote – Junior SaaS Product Manager

Location: 100% Remote – Mainland-USA based candidates ONLY (working EST)

Length: Long-Term Contracting (6+Months with Extensions)

Target Pay Range: $38/hr - $43 / hr W2 (Benefits eligible after 60 days)

Benefits: This job may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 60 days

Work Authorization: (TN, EAD-GC, GC, or US Cit.) – Must be eligible to work without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

About The Role

A fast-growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a Junior SaaS Product Manager to support a cloud focused engineering team. This role partners closely with developers and cross functional stakeholders to manage priorities, coordinate work, support documentation, and contribute to product planning. The position suits someone with strong communication skills, a background in technical product work or business analysis, and a comfort level with cloud driven platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support product planning, backlog management, and day to day coordination with a DevOps focused engineering team
  • Assist with roadmap activities, requirement gathering, and cross functional communication
  • Manage incoming bug reports including validation, reproduction, and triage to appropriate teams
  • Contribute to documentation, release notes, training materials, and user communications
  • Perform data analysis to support issue investigation, product decisions, and priority setting
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth execution
  • Help socialize product updates, project status, and upcoming changes across internal teams

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a technical business analyst role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with engineering and non technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently on defined tasks
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts, platform reliability, infrastructure upgrades, or CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in SaaS or technology driven environments preferred
  • Healthcare or HealthTech experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
