Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to help maintain and refine the product backlog within a collaborative IT Risk and Compliance environment. Our team is focused on supporting innovative solutions while ensuring effective delivery of technology and automation projects related to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of user stories, including creation, refinement, prioritization, and acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and scrum team to ensure user stories are clear, concise, and have well-defined acceptance criteria.

• Participate actively in all Agile team ceremonies and provide support for release planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence to manage the backlog while proactively identifying and managing risks and dependencies.

Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in a Product Owner capacity, with demonstrated knowledge and application of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and strong familiarity with the technical environment of ServiceNow IRM.
