Senior Business Analyst / QA Tester

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Business Analyst / QA Tester to support an enterprise client of ours. This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced data-driven applications, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Required:

• 3+ years of professional experience in QA Testing and Business Analysis
• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst
• 1+ year of experience as a QA Tester
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to support complex products and serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
• Experience reviewing business requirements and translating them into testable scenarios

Desired:

• Experience supporting data-driven applications, software engineering, or web development projects
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing user stories, defects, and traceability
• Experience writing detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze business requirements and identify testable use cases

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is $55 – $63, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
