Product Owner - Healthcare and Compliance

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization in the healthcare and compliance sector, is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Owner to join their team.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary

Here is what you will be doing:

• Be a product champion, work directly with customers to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Define and manage product requirements by translating business needs and data insights into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Translate data into action, analyze data to uncover product weaknesses, propose solutions, and track the impact of changes.
• Partner with engineering and design teams in an Agile environment to refine priorities, support sprint planning, and reduce delivery cycle times.
• Recommend and justify product improvements using quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate ROI and customer value.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and customers to ensure design, usability, and quality standards are met.
• Track and report on product performance KPIs to demonstrate a clear link between product changes and business impact.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software product environment.

• Experience supporting a SaaS product as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Strong, recent experience and knowledge of IT Healthcare, including healthcare concepts, systems, and IT solutions.
• Understanding of the specific requirements of Medicare and Medicaid programs is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of using data-driven insights and analytical skills to drive product decisions.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating business requirements and user stories.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• A proactive mindset: you don't just identify problems, you come with ideas and solutions to back them up.
• Experience with Rapid Application Development platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
