A global digital sales and marketing solutions provider is looking for a French-speaking Digital Account Manager to join their team in Athens. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the digital advertising ecosystem. You will help businesses optimize their online presence, maximize campaign performance, and achieve measurable growth while working in an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with both business and client objectives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring professional and timely resolutions.
- Research client goals and market trends to provide tailored digital recommendations and advertising strategies.
- Identify optimization and cross-sell opportunities to boost campaign performance.
- Use data and market insights to deliver proactive, growth-oriented support to your portfolio.
- Maintain accurate client pipelines, reports, and forecasts, while tracking performance insights.
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through value-based results.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and advertising trends.

- Native or C2 level proficiency in French and a strong command of English (B2โC1).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or B2B telesales.
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
