- Native or C2-level proficiency in Spanish and a strong command of English (B2โC1 level).
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or B2B telesales.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset.
