Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance a complex enterprise network environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Cisco infrastructure, Palo Alto security technologies, and secure cloud networking across AWS and Azure GCC-High environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize Cisco network infrastructure to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
- Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs, including Prisma Access and GlobalProtect VPN solutions.
- Support secure networking within AWS and Azure GCC-High environments, including hybrid connectivity and compliance requirements.
- Perform network upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime.
- Conduct network performance analysis, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Execute network scanning and endpoint tracking to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation (network diagrams, configurations, SOPs).
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to enforce best practices and strengthen network security posture.
- Lead and support M&A-related network integrations, including due diligence, architecture design, and secure transitions.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex network issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge development.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 infrastructure availability.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering
- Strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching (LAN/WAN)
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW, Prisma Access, and GlobalProtect
- Experience supporting AWS and Azure cloud networking, including secure hybrid architectures
- Knowledge of Azure GCC-High compliance environments
- Experience with VPN technologies, firewall policies, NAT, segmentation, and zero-trust principles
- Proficiency in network monitoring and performance tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network and security layers
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical infrastructure
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Experience with network automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python)
