Elysium Labs is an AI venture studio that builds, launches, and scales autonomous software products. We don't build one product. We build portfolios of AI-powered companies, each designed to operate intelligently from day one. Our studio is approaching its first wave of product launches with Reg CF funding approved for up to $5 million per product. About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join as a founding team member and own the entire marketing engine for Elysium Labs and every product that launches out of the studio.
As CMO, you will build and lead the go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of AI-powered products. You will own demand generation, paid and organic advertising, social media marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, audience development, positioning, funnel strategy, and performance analytics across every brand in the studio.
You will work directly alongside the Creative Director to align messaging, campaigns, and brand presence across all channels. They cast the visual vision. You make sure the world sees it.

What You'll Do
- Build and own the full go-to-market strategy for Elysium Labs and all portfolio companies, from positioning and messaging to channel execution and conversion optimization.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, with full ownership of ad spend, targeting, creative testing, and ROAS.
- Lead organic growth strategy including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy that compounds over time.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across all platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for the studio and every product in the portfolio.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassador relationships to amplify reach and drive attention to product launches, crowdfunding campaigns, and the Elysium Labs brand.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels that move audiences from awareness to conversion across multiple products simultaneously.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources across products based on launch timelines, market opportunity, and performance data.
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for each product that clearly communicate value to the target audience and differentiate from competitors.
- Lead all marketing efforts around crowdfunding campaigns, investor communications, and product launches to maximize visibility and funding.
- Build and manage analytics dashboards to track performance across every channel and product, using data to continuously refine strategy and allocation.
- Collaborate directly with the Creative Director to ensure all campaign creative, ad assets, video content, and brand materials align with the studio's visual identity.
- Work with the CEO and founding team to shape the overall growth roadmap and identify new market opportunities across the portfolio.
- Build and eventually lead a full marketing team as the studio grows and funding scales.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or demand generation, with demonstrated success scaling products or brands.
- Deep expertise in paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including hands-on experience managing ad budgets, building campaigns, writing ad copy, A/B testing creative, and optimizing for ROAS and CAC.
- Proven experience running social media marketing campaigns and working with influencers, brand ambassadors, and creators to drive awareness and engagement at scale.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and the full customer acquisition lifecycle.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, email sequences, and organic growth strategies that compound over time.
- Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives action.
- Experience marketing SaaS products, AI tools, or technology platforms. Familiarity with community-led growth and creator economy marketing is a strong plus.
- Comfort with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision making. You should be as comfortable in a dashboard as you are in a brainstorm.
- Experience in startup or early-stage environments where you built the playbook from scratch, not just inherited one.
- Ability to move fast, manage multiple product launches simultaneously, and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Located in Nashville, TN or open to relocation.
