Role Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of product features across a SaaS product Suite. This role is ideal for someone who combines product thinking, execution capability, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and UX/UI teams.

You will be responsible for translating business vision into clear product direction, defining feature requirements, shaping product experiences, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with market needs and product strategy.

This is a remote role based in India, working closely with leadership, developers, architects, and designers.


Key Responsibilities


Product Ownership & Strategy

·       Own product features end-to-end from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement.

·       Translate business goals into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

·       Define product vision and feature priorities aligned with Roots Suite strategy.

·       Maintain and evolve product roadmaps based on market needs, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.


Product Design & Feature Definition

·       Work closely with UX/UI designers to define user journeys, workflows, and feature experiences.

·       Prepare clear product specifications, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

·       Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across product modules.

·       Balance business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.


Execution & Delivery Management

·       Collaborate daily with development teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

·       Manage backlog, sprint priorities, and feature planning in agile or hybrid environments.

·       Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure alignment across teams.

·       Validate delivered features against product expectations and business value.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

·       Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams.

·       Participate in demos, testing cycles, and release planning.

·       Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements.

·       Support go-to-market readiness and feature positioning.


Qualifications & Experience (Required)

1.     2–5 years of hands-on experience in SaaS Product Management or Product Ownership.

2.    Proven experience managing product roadmaps and feature lifecycles.

3.    Strong understanding of SaaS product development and modern web applications.

4.    Experience working closely with developers and UX/UI designers.

5.    Ability to translate high-level ideas into structured, executable requirements.

6.    Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

7.    Based in India, able to work remotely with distributed global teams.

8.    Strong professional communication skills in English.
