We're hiring on behalf of a well-funded, high-growth technology company in the Bay Area working on next-generation sensing and perception systems. Their technology is deployed across some of the most demanding real-world environments in autonomy and mobility — and they're scaling fast.

This is a hands-on algorithm engineering role sitting at the heart of their core software team. If you have a strong signal processing background and want your work to ship in production systems, this is worth a conversation.

What you'll be doing

Designing and developing signal processing and detection algorithms in C++, working across both production software and simulation environments. You'll be translating models for deployment on embedded processors and FPGAs, and involved across the full development cycle from data analysis through to test and review.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree with 2+ years of industry experience, or a PhD, in signal processing, robotics, algorithms or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on C/C++ development with a focus on algorithm design
• Strong fundamentals in signal processing, probability theory and mathematics
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis and simulation
