What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Validate curated content against authoritative source documentation, including CMS, AMA, and specialty societies

• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or gaps in curated content prior to release
• Partner with content and QA team members to resolve questions when guidance is unclear
• Develop and execute structured test cases to validate results
• Support investigation and resolution of content issues identified after release
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience in medical coding, healthcare information management, or related healthcare content roles
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory and industry source material such as CMS guidance and AMA publications
• At least one relevant professional certification, such as CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CRC, or equivalent
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency
• Comfort working in collaborative, cross-functional teams in a remote environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with healthcare technology, revenue cycle, or encoder products
• Professional and facility medical coding auditing experience is a plus

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar systems
